Alyx Cory: Past Jr. Show Ambassador

Welcome to the first in our new series where we check in with past Junior Show Ambassadors! Leadership goes well beyond 4-H, FFA, and the showring. We are proud of the youth who continue to serve their communities and agricultural industry into adulthood.

Alyx (Hanson) Cory served as a Junior Show Ambassador in 2013. She was raised on a dairy and hay operation in Northeast Washington and had much success as a youth sheep exhibitor. After graduating from Oklahoma State University, she and her husband Jared returned to the Pacific Northwest, where Alyx founded the 509 ShowCircuit - a non-profit youth organization focusing on educational and leadership opportunities. She is a Business Development Manager and is involved in the family farm and many volunteer organizations.

Fun Fact: Alyx designed the current Junior Show website and is available to assist with technical needs at a moment's notice. She is always willing to lend a hand to our organization and is a valued partner. A true example of a youth exhibitor turned lifelong supporter!
